"The City of San Leandro ranks #1 for several reasons. Mayor Sheila Young, the City Council members, City Manager John Jermanis, and Dan Lunsford, the Emergency Services Manager all understand that they have many residents who need more than what the traditional response system can provide. They view their nonprofits as valued partners. They step up to their responsibilities, and they are a pleasure to work with." says Βna-Marie Jones, Executive Director of CARD.
